J2 Sourcing.
J2 Sourcing bought G4 Sourcing outright in June 2025, and in November the French company took the J2 name. Nobody moved. The team at Mauguio, the phone number and the building are the same ones you had.

J2 Sourcing acquires G4 Sourcing
Announced on 10 June 2025: the Swedish group took 100% of the French company, adding a French desk and a warehouse near Montpellier to the Malmö operation.
G4 Sourcing S.A.S. becomes J2 Sourcing S.A.S.
A change of company name, which leaves the company itself untouched. The registration is the same, the VAT number is still FR12523584563, and orders, quotes and contracts signed with G4 Sourcing S.A.S. carry on unaffected.

Terms of sale
The G4 terms in your supplier file are superseded by the current J2 terms, which live on the terms and conditions page rather than as a PDF.

ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and AS/EN 9120B, with AS6081 counterfeit testing done in house. The certificates and the 10-step inspection are on the quality page. If your audit file holds a certificate issued to G4 Sourcing, ask the desk for the current one.
